At Miss Mafia, we’re all about turning your creativity into a custom, press-ready masterpiece. To ensure the best results, please review the following terms before submitting your artwork.

Accepted File Types

• .PNG files with transparent backgrounds are preferred
• We also accept .JPG, .SVG, .PDF, and .EPS (vector files are welcome)
• Maximum file size: 50MB

File Quality Requirements

The quality of your print is only as good as the quality of your file. Please ensure:

• Files are 300 DPI or higher
• Artwork is true to size or clearly labelled with dimensions
• Design is not pixelated, blurry, or low-resolution

We do not modify or enhance files.

Print Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee print quality for:

• Low-resolution files
• Artwork submitted with incorrect sizing
• Files with embedded backgrounds or hidden artifacts
• Screenshots or files saved from messaging apps or social media

If a file does not meet our standards, we’ll contact you before printing to offer:

• Re-upload of a corrected file
  
• Or the option to cancel the order (standard refund rules apply).

What We Don’t Accept

We will not print:

• Copyrighted or trademarked designs without valid license or written authorisation
• Any design that infringes on third-party intellectual property (e.g., Disney, Marvel, designer logos, celebrity images, etc.)
• Artwork that includes hate speech, harassment, or offensive content
• Incomplete, corrupt, or unreadable files

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any design submitted for printing. We reserve the right to refuse any order we believe may violate copyright or trademark protections.

By uploading your artwork, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that the final print outcome depends on the quality of the file provided.
