2. Personalisation Accuracy:
Please double-check the spelling of the name you provide. We print exactly what you enter. If there’s a typo on your part, we can’t offer a free replacement – but we can provide a discount on a remake.

3. Colour Representation:
Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and fabric dye lots. We aim to show the truest colour possible, but hot pink may show up as slightly different on screen vs. in real life.

4. Shipping:
We ship via Australia Post.
